Unforgettable horseback riding with a touch of shamanic spirituality
The Au Gré du Vent Ranch is a unique horseback riding centre located in Lingwick, in the Brome-Missisquoi region of Montérégie, on the wine road near Dunham, Bromont, Farnham, Cowansville, Granby and Eastern Townships. We offer calming and meditative horseback rides. Why unique? Because at the ranch, we believe in the power of horse medicine.
Horses possess many otherworldly attributes that resonate with the human psyche. These qualities bring us energy, strength and a better inner balance, which 'helps us find our inner selves. To help us on this journey, all hikes last a minimum of 3 and a half hours. Preparing your horse will allow you to connect with it and enable you to experience unique moments of pure happiness. Then you will experience a calming ride that will allow you to live in the present moment with just yourself, nature and the horse.

About our horseback riding center
Animals have always been a part of Isabelle's life and that of her 4 children. In 2006, she welcomed her first horses. The happiness brought by these exceptional animals made her want to share it with you. Coming from a family of dairy farmers, horses have been part of her dreams since childhood. What woman wants, woman gets. So was born a ranch with the gentle name of Ranch Au Gré du Vent. Certified as an outdoor riding instructor by Cheval Québec, Isabelle gladly shares her passion through her classes.
And this is just the beginning! With a diploma in therapeutic riding from the Cégep de Sorel-Tracy, Isabelle is willing to teach horseback riding to people with different problems. Medicine woman, she has also taken part in several holistic training programs such as introduction to medicinal plants, animal telepathy, pendulum, holistic kinesiology and medicine wheel, and a complete formation with l'école de chamanisme cultural of Québec, in therapeutic chamanic, and all of which make her uniquely equipped to help you regain your inner strength with the help of horse medicine. In 2006, she welcomed her first horses. The happiness brought by these exceptional animals prompted her to share it with you.

Journey of Self-Discovery: Horseback Rides in the Enchanting Realm of Nature
The rides are done in the forest along the Yamaska River and through the fields of the municipality. We have a different concept than other equestrian centers, as well as a spiritual Shamanic approach that will help you rediscover your inner self.
A superb half-day awaits you in our beautiful region, with professional and friendly people, and beautiful healthy and loving horses! Come and spend an unforgettable and unique moment with us. You will be able to work on yourself with the help of the horses, group sharing and with me, your guide and awakened. The activities will take place on our enchanting site, surrounded by horses, the river and the forest. You will hear the sound of wind, water and birds singing in the background.
